The knowledge of Christ vs The Information of Christ

Many people come to church only to catch information, the challenge comes when they are tested, you will see them sending in prayer requests not realising the word that God spoke. Information is not enough, you need to have a vision. You can have information about Jesus and not know about him. Christ doesn’t reside in information.
The disciples walked with Jesus yet they couldn’t see, only when they ate the body and the blood that they began to see that He is the Messiah. Some people are here because of information and not because of what they saw. You must have knowledge above information. When you have information you only know Jesus as man and not Jesus as the Christ. Christ can’t be born, the moment you include the word born you are limiting Him to time.
[Psalms 19:2], ‘’Neighbours lie to each other, speaking with flattering lips and deceitful hearts.’’ Creation has knowledge of who God is more than us. People can come and tell you that this and that is not in the bible because they have information. So when you open your bible do you see or do you only attain information? This is not school where you gather notes yet you don’t see. When you open your bible do you see what you are reading or you are only attaining information?
Why do people still die and get sick while they know that He is the healer? This is because people gather information. In verse (3), “Day after day they continue to speak, night after night they make known of him. They speak without a sound or word, their voice is never heard”, it mean that the sun, the moon and the stars speak and show forth the knowledge of God without words.
When you have knowledge you don’t even have to speak, what you are gives us knowledge about God. Many people speak about how they walk with Jesus and how holy they are without giving us knowledge of who God is. The knowledge of love doesn’t puff up, but of food offered to idols puffs up.
[Isaiah 7:14], “Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold a virgin shall conceive and bear a son and shall call his name Emmanuel.” Unto us a child is born and a Son is given – this is the Son you must have knowledge of. The moment you have knowledge of Christ you have defeated the world. Without knowledge of Christ, people perish. [John 17:1], ‘‘and this is the way to have eternal life – to know, perceive and recognise Him, the only true and real God’’, if they don’t perceive or have knowledge of the one God had sent they will die.
People still lack the knowledge of who Jesus is, they don’t know Jesus as Christ and this causes people to die because they have the knowledge of the world. [Isaiah 11:1] “And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a branch shall grow out of its roots:” Jesse is Jesus, this is the genealogy of Mary and Joseph. (2) “And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding ….the spirit of the knowledge and of the fear of the Lord”, who are the seven spirits? It is Christ, it is one spirit and it lacks nothing. Remember the devil is also a spirit, so don’t go around saying you are filled with the spirit – you being filled must be with knowledge of Christ. Today I open your eyes that you might have the knowledge of Christ.
