Groan for the invisible, believe in the unseen

The Lord Jesus said, let those who are hungry come to me – see [John 6:35]. Go with hunger when you go to church, never allow yourself to be satisfied with fellowship. For those who hunger are close to God, and they receive what they need. We are believers who groan for the invisible& not the visible, not by might nor by power but by the Spirit.

[2 Corinthians 5:1], “For we know that if the tent which is our earthly home is destroyed we have from God a building, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.” Paul is talking about a heavenly body. And with these words, [John 14:2], ’’ ln my Father’s house they are many rooms’’, Jesus is referring to the Father’s body, and not a heavenly house in particular. We see in verse (2), ‘’ … If it was not so, I’ll tell you that I have to go and prepare a place for you …’’, that this certain place He is talking about, is already prepared.

For Jesus prepared a body for us, hence He died for us. There is no other house, we dwell in the Lord. The house of God is not heaven. “Heaven is my throne and earth is my foot stool’’ – see [Isaiah 55:1]. Where was God dwelling, before He created the Earth? Heaven and earth will pass away but His Word will forever remain. When Jesus died, people became naked. Adam and Eve lost their heavenly bodies after sinning. When someone has passed on, we still see his body, but his Spirit is gone. I do not want you to be naked.

Without a heavenly body, you die and perish. Then, what is this heavenly body? It is Christ Himself. When Christ Jesus was walking on earth, He came in a physical form, but when He was baptised, the Spirit like a dove came upon Him. The purpose of this Spirit was to dwell in Him, when He went to the cross He gave it up. Jesus couldn’t die because of it, hence He let go.

Then He left the tomb, right before the guards who couldn’t recognise Him, even Mary couldn’t recognise Him as well. The earthquake was a sign of the ghost coming out of Jesus. Paul says, ‘’I am in labour pains until Christ is fully formed in you’’ – see [Galatians 4:19]. There is no scripture that says, you must receive new bodies in heaven! We don’t act like Thomas, we don’t need proof that Jesus was alive from the dead, but we just believe.

When Jesus comes back, He will come with those who died in Christ and they will receive their bodies here on earth – see [1 Thessalonians 4:14]. Why does the scripture not say, they will come with their bodies? We are surrounded by the cloud of witnesses, the third coming is not for us. The Catholics who came up with the concept of confession of sins, were not born-again, that’s why they resolved to confessions out of fear that if they don’t confess their sins, then they will remain on earth. There is no rapture that is going to take place.

The earth is not for evil, when God says, ‘’you are not of the world’’, he is saying you are not of the system, for we do not conform to the standard of the world, there is a difference between the earth and the world – see [John 15:19]. There are Spiritual (heavenly) bodies which we need to wear, and they come by groaning. Even Jesus groaned in Gethsemane when He was praying, sweat and blood came out from His face – see [Matthew 26:36]. He also cried aloud on the cross when He cried, ‘’Eli Eli …’’.

People who died now perish. But we, know Christ, He is alive He did not die. Let the Spirit teach and remind you the prayer of groaning, the prayer that Jesus prayed in Gethsemane is not the only prayer but there are many prayers of groaning that He prayed.

We usually sing a hymn that says, “How would it be like, when I leave this corruptible garment’’, yet it further says, ‘’I shall be like Elijah with a whirlwind’’ – (Hymn: Joko ya hao). We usually sing this song at the funerals but there is no glory for those people are dead and they are not resurrecting. There will be no glory as you leave the garment, but as you are like Elijah, you don’t die and perish.  Elijah didn’t die, he was caught up; immortality was upon him.

Abraham was a father of faith because he never longed for heaven, he waited upon the city. A great number want to die physically in order to go to heaven, instead of dying in their minds. [Philippians 2] teaches us to die once, not twice.The Lord Jesus died two deaths, He died to Himself as God and then died on our behalf at the cross. People are only partaking from the death of the cross instead of the death of the mind.

Abraham and David died and never resurrected but Jesus did not come with that mentality, He knew what God expected from Him. The bible clearly says, ‘’there is a generation that will not die, not everyone but some people specifically’’ –see [Matthew 24:] NLT. He has taught us immortality and we will continue living it. Immortality and the word did not die, although the great generals who taught about it passed on.

As I was praying the other day and God reminded me that, death is not going away and although it has a sting, its power has been swallowed up by life. It is over, the Lord Jesus has won the battle at the cross and we don’t have to fight what He has already been defeated. Christians are trying to fight what Jesus has defeated. These sicknesses people are diagnosed with, are so loud in their ears, they are actually powerless, allow them to make the noise in your face and show them the blood that has defeated it.

[2 Corinthians 5:4],  ^‘’For while we are in this tent, we groan, being burdened [often weighed down, oppressed], not that we want to be unclothed [separated by death from the body], but to be clothed, so that what is mortal [the body] will be swallowed up by life [after the resurrection].’’ Paul says that he prays that he does not get naked, but be further clothed on top of the body he already has. The heavenly body is incorruptible it prevents the flesh from perishing. And then come the time you pass on, you then become naked and wait for the Lord to further cloth you.

And then God said to me, ‘’You will eat bread but it will never end’’. [Romans 8:21], ‘’ that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God.’’ We have to be reach a stage where we cannot finish anything, like the woman (widow) in the bible with the jars of oil – see [2 Kings 4]. She had oil for herself and her son only, after she offered it to Prophet Elijah, its supply increased. That is what creation is longing for – it longs for immortality.

[Romans 16:25] “Now to Him who is able to establish and strengthen you [in the faith] according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery [of the plan of salvation] which has been kept secret for long ages past, but now has been disclosed … ’’.Let us stop living the life of prophets and Apostle’s, but live the life that God has chosen for us today. Paul doesn’t want to see you, he want you to live and enjoy the life he didn’t receive.

[John 20:17], It is time to believe, Jesus said to Mary, ‘’Do not touch me’’, the one who appeared to Thomas and Mary is not the same being. He appeared as Jesus to Thomas and He said ‘’touch’’, but a ghost doesn’t have flesh and bones – [John 20:27]. We don t believe in the door; but in the house, a house need a door, so Jesus is the door and the house is Christ.

[John 16:16] “A little while, and you will no longer see me; and again a little while, and you will see Me.’’ We can see Him, the day we got born again, we heard about Him. [1 John 1:1], ‘’ [I am writing about] what existed from the beginning, what we have heard, what we have seen with our eyes, what we have looked at and touched with our hands.’’ Jesus existed together with the Christ His Father, when He was on earth. The minute He died, the disciples were sorrowful, their joy was taken from them. They didn’t understand what Jesus saying when he said, ‘’ … in a little while …’’, Christ is with us and living with us, the world is waiting for him.

God is faithful, no one who doesn’t have Christ can tell you where He is, He who does not know Him, will point to the heavens but the one who know Him will point in their belly. The Lord said, ‘’I am going but in a little while I’ll be with you’’, Christ is not of the world, He is for us. [Matthews 24:36], ‘’no one knows the day and the hour of the coming of Jesus, even the Son, only the Father knows the coming and He will reveal it to us.’’ Everyone who is spiritual will know the coming of Jesus. See [Acts 1:7], “It is not for you to know the times or epochs which the Father has fixed by His own authority. (8) But you will receive power.’’

[Romans 8:26], ‘’ In the same way the Spirit [comes to us and] helps us in our weakness. We do not know what prayer to offer or how to offer it as we should, but the Spirit Himself [knows our need and at the right time] intercedes on our behalf with sighs and groaning too deep for words. And He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because the Spirit intercedes [before God] on behalf of God’s people in accordance with God’s will.’’

Groaning in the inner most man, the spirit doesn’t want to be naked. When the flesh dies it is the Spirit that becomes naked. The visible is our earthly tents, the invisible is our heavenly bodies. See [ Colossians 1:16] says, ‘’He is the visible, the exact likeness of God …’’, so there is a visible God. We are all gods in a physical form, Jesus is God and also a visible God. We shall not all die.

Priscilla says in the book of [Hebrews 11:1], ‘’Now faith is a substance of things unseen’’. A substance is tangible, you cannot speak of evidence, for you need to prove it. Because you believe you will receive the end results of your faith. When we have faith, it means we still hope, anything you do not see, you hope for it by faith. When you hope for something you can be disappointed. Believe is for the visible, it is for what you can already see, you do not have to hope in the end results of it, whereas it is still unseen.

Don’t have faith, believe! With hope, there is still room for disappointments, believe that you have a car and stop hoping! Believe in Christ of this anointing oil bottle which is visible. There is power in the bottle of the anointing oil, even when the oil is finished, the container is still powerful. Believe in the unseen, you can finish the oil but you can’t finish the unseen. You can kill Jesus but you can’t kill Christ.

LET HE WHO HAS AN EAR LISTEN TO WHAT THE SPIRIT IS SAYING TO THE CHURCH.
