DON’T WAIT FOR TROUBLE TO SPEAK LIFE

You must know that whenever I stand here, I do not stand as an ordinary man, whatever I speak it is God speaking, it is grace even to me, I don’t know how it happens.

Many people seek to hear God while God is speaking. They seek God to speak because what He is saying is not what they are expecting, they want Him to speak according to their will, not according to what God wants to say. Whenever you hear me speaking to you, know that God has spoken to me. What does it take to convince you that God is speaking? God can confirm what I say through a sign and a wonder but to a matured believer, when God speaks there is no thundering and drama. Most of us missed God when He was speaking because we were expecting Him to come in a different way.

Israel missed the Messiah because He never came the way they expected him to. To them it was important that Jesus saves them from the hands of the Romans but God looked at what is more important in their lives, He sent them the saviour of soul, spirit and flesh other than just a saviour of the flesh. When you grow spiritually, you no longer seek confirmation. As I am teaching God is going to give you direction and guidance with what you must do. Where are those Christians whom when God tells them to do this, they run and do it quickly?
Even now, we still have Christians who will still delay the teachings they receive. They will postpone it until they forget it and in the end it will seem as if the Words they heard were normal but it is because God spoke but they didn’t respond. When God calls us, do we avail ourselves or are we still saying, ’I will come or I will do it’? We make God feel like we are not taking Him serious. When God speaks to us, we don’t treat what He says to us as an emergency but when you are sick, you want God to come to your aid speedily.

We want God to intervene immediately but when He speaks to you, do you respond immediately? We write notes and record teachings but as soon as church is over, we put away our diaries and shut them and continue with the business of the day, forgetting what was taught. In simple terms, we give God a cold shoulder, so don’t you think it is how God is responding to us now, answering us with delay the way we do to Him?

The difference between us and the people in the bible is that when God spoke to them, they responded immediately. When Jesus called people to follow Him, they would give Him excuses which would be valid and reasonable for a normal person but because He was God, no reason was sufficient to put a delay on His command. According to Jesus, if you want to follow Him you must not think twice but just take up your cross and follow Him.

The day we will ask God and He responds as we ask, is when we treat His Word with the same exigency we expect Him to answer us with. Often we become responsive to what we are comfortable with but when it comes to things we are not comfortable with, we reason and ask, is this God? Are we responsive to God, do we truly know the voice of God or we don’t know what we want? Most people only become responsive when they get what they want.

In what we want, we are quick to respond but in what God wants, we are slow to respond. After hearing the message do you reconsider your conduct that you must change your ways and walk in the manner the teaching outlines? The very same God who speaks nice things, speaking blessing over you, is the very same God who rebukes you, so you ought to receive from God’s rebuke with the same sensitivity you receive blessings with. People do not know love, they know what their comfortable with. Love corrects, guides and rebukes us.

Imagine if Egypt was a beautiful place, full of honey and milk and delightful to be in, would the Israelites want to leave it and cry out to God to take them out? I bet they would refuse to go and insist on staying in Egypt even if God wanted to take them out of Egypt. Only when the Israelites were enslaved that is when they thought of the promised land. Their prayer was not of the Will of God to happen but they wanted to be free from slavery. Most people remember God when things don’t go well, we know how to kneel down and pray and fast when things are not going well. Ministers are no longer conscious of what they must say to people of God, most people hear what the man of God would like them to hear, not what God is saying. What if the teaching of the man of God doesn’t feel good but is the teaching that God wants people to hear?

How many people still ask God to speak over their lives? People wait for death to speak life, they are not full of life, what they know is to fight death but life exists on its own even in the absence of death. How many of us speak life when no one is dying, when no one is sick? How many brought their water to be prayed for? Very few right, the teaching was powerful when it was preached but it is not your standard way of life. You conveniently choose to remember God when there is trouble. God is not a mathematician, He does not solve for X, He solves because He loves us. He created us in a perfect space where everything is prepared; He did not create the plants the moment He saw that man needs food but way before He could even create man, he started with the Garden.

If you want to be where God is, be the way God has created you to be. We must go back to the Garden where there was no anointing to heal because there was no one sick, anointing to deliver as there was no one possessed nor a need for a prophet to prophesy because as man was as God was, as he spoke, things would be. Everything we are anointed in, is solution to what is wrong until perfection comes. When perfection has come into your life, deliverance ceases but they become effective for those who are still young in God.

The only thing that I love about funeral policies is that they make you plan while you are still alive. Take the same principle but use it for life, how about you speak life now when your heart is pumping fine, your breathing is not suppressed, you do not have any pain nor symptoms of a life threatening disease. There is an error under the sun, things are not the way God has made them to be, God has taken us out of problems but we continue going back into problems.

We come to God because we have no other option, we don’t keep fellowship with Him and do everything with Him because we love Him. Instead we try things on our own and when we fail we come back and tell Him ‘I need you now’. If you spent an entire day without speaking life, it means you tried to live without God.

We always use God to come and clean up messes He could have prevented in the first place if we involved Him in our daily activities, though we come to Church and hear the Word, it does not become our standard life to walk with God, we keep going back to what we were. Most people remember that spiritual elements can protect only when they are attacked, when everything is fine they even forget that they have them and that they have power! Sometimes we put God on psycho mode, where He has to create a problem, so that He can be the solution; we put God in a state where God has to allow a demon to attack you so that you can go back to the prayer room. We remember anointing oil when we are attacked and when we are sick.’

We come to Him when we are desperate. If God knows you in that state, He will always put you in that state so that you can always be with Him. If not having money is what pushes you to preach the gospel and serve God, He will cause you to lack just to keep you in the kingdom. Most of the problems we have are not attacks but it is God looking for your attention. What I am telling you is simple, how many are responsive to God? There is a type of sons and daughters I don’t want, they come for fellowship and listen to the preaching, they experience your walk with God and see the evidence that God is with you through manifestation of the spoken Word, yet they continue to doubt. Doubt is permissible at the beginning, like with Gideon, the first time God spoke to him he asked for confirmation on three separate occasions (see Judges 6) from there, he never doubted because He was assured that God is with him.

So my question now is, surely by now you know that I walk with God, what will it take for you to believe that when I speak over you it will come to pass, what more evidence do you need? What are you still doing here two years later to doubt what God is saying. God was saying to me, what you teach them is what they do for a season then they forget it, they do not become. There is an attribute that I have adopted from God which is to speak, I wish my sons and daughters would imitate it! The perfection in Genesis is that God speaks and things become. God did not prophesy earth, plants and trees, He spoke them into being; He said ‘let there be’ and there was.

When God placed Adam, He placed him with the authority to speak. He didn’t anoint him to heal, deliver or prophesy but He gave Him the perfection of the spoken Word that whatever he speaks, becomes.

Elijah was a man with a nature like ours; there was a moment where he was hungry, he also went to the bathroom, he also had emotions, some days he wanted to commit suicide and other days he wanted to live. There was a time where things were not going well for Him. The reason we cannot manifest similar power is because we associate powerful with non-natural things. He was like us in every way yet His prayer was able to stop rain for three years, the power that he had is not because he was not going through natural things, there were days he woke up on the wrong side of the bed yet he was still ‘powerful’.

Some of you, the way you receive me as your Father is not the same way you received me when you first met me. Your perception about me has decreased because I play football with you, I joke with you and I eat in the same dish with you, as a result you see less of a super natural person because I do natural things with you. I am a natural person as Elijah was.

‘He earnestly prayed’ let us solve this because someone is in a mountain trying to pray like Elijah, some are in fasting trying to pray like Elijah. God does not answer 1 hour payer or 2 hours prayer, in God there is no time. So what is this earnest prayer?

Genesis 1:1
In this verse there are three things we judge ourselves with when we pray, time (beginning), the atmosphere(heaven) earth(matter), but we forget where the verse says, in the beginning God already existed. Time, atmosphere and matter can never please God. If you are still trying to pray for two hours, it means that God cannot hear you when there is no time. Faith comes by hearing the Word of God, you can hear many things but if it is not the Word of God, then you are receiving by hearing them so if it is not God speaking it is not faith.

Lightning is matter; people believe because something physical happened. A person can believe that their prayer was heard, and that God has answered because as they prayed, it thundered. People believe that God will perform His Word because of an atmosphere, others believe that when we speak upon them and they get drunk as those, then they shall receive fulfillment and others pray until they lose track of time and believe that surely they will receive, you are not aware that in that instance, time has encouraged you, we need to live out of those three elements I mentioned above.

God did not create these things to motivate us or to encourage us. Trees were put in the garden to be dominated and ruled over by man, not for us to believe that He is because we see them. There is a beginning of matter, atmosphere and time and there’s a beginning which is God himself, the Word. The Word comes before matter. We have become Christians who need something to move us before we believe, let us repent and go back to believing in the spoken Word.

1 Kings 17
Here is Elijah praying earnestly. Did he speak in tongues? I believe if he did, the bible would have mentioned it, meaning he just spoke simple. When he prayed, there were no strings or background music to create a ‘prophetic atmosphere, it was a simple thing ‘as long as the Lord lives, there shall not be rain’ and it became! In his character God spoke and it became, you don’t have to move from your position and imitate someone for God to move. People might chose one minister over the other, because they like there way he preaches and this shows people don’t know the voice of God, they know what they want. Make sure you don’t only hear God in what pleases you, hear God when He speaks. Most of you missed God when He spoke because you expected Him to come in a certain way.

1 Kings 18:31
When are we going to reach a level in our spiritual lives where we are like the centurion man in Matthew 8:8?
When the centurion man tells Jesus to just speak the Word, he did not want Jesus to say many things. I am quoting this scriptures to remind you who I am as your Father, I am not anointed to do spiritual gymnastics or to lead you to an atmosphere, I am a simple man. Sometimes the problem is not the man of God but you. You must look for God first, not what you like. When I tell you the Word, don’t wait for an atmosphere, take it and run with it. The bible just tells us that God said ‘let there be light’. People copy methods because they believe they are the ones that work.

Jesus is not a minister like us. There are people coming with their documents to church to be prayed for because they heard a testimony but when they bring them, they come without faith needed to receive .Your faith is not there but you believe in the method. You have neglected the spoken Word, whenever you see me, you must just say ‘speak a Word over my life’. Even when you meet me in the streets, use me, ask me to speak a Word over your life. I prayed for sick people but the ones who got healed are those who were in their homes and in hospitals. Where there was no atmosphere or worship song for us to enter the Spirit I have seen more power than where the place is charged..

How many are responsive when I tell you a simple thing like ‘love your neighbour’, you are waiting for something to move you for you to believe. Never follow a method. How many believe in a spoken Word? How many are expecting a spoken Word? How many speak a Word over their lives?

I am not going to live a life where I try to convince people that God is with me. I know that God is with me and I am going to be me, and those who are ready to hear God, they will come and hear God but those who use their five senses, they will still look and not find God. God does not change you before He uses you, if you are a loud person, He uses you as you are. We often concern ourselves with things that God does not take thought of. With most people, the problem is not that you are not anointed but the problem is that you became someone else (you are not graced to be anyone else but you). If my wife had judged me because when I preach I speak slowly, she would have missed her husband.

[Mark 11:12]
If I spoke and no one fell under the power, will you still believe? People are waiting for something to happen while God has spoken. Remember when Elijah was in the cave, he heard earthquakes, thunders and winds but God was not in them. Don’t try to walk like me or hold the microphone the way I do, that is not what it takes.

All you need to know is when I speak a Word over your life, things are happening, God has spoken. Let us go back to the place that when I speak a job over your life, you will get it. Whenever I see my Father Prof Lesego Daniel, I ask him to speak a Word over my life, family, ministry. And His response ‘don’t worry, God is with you, you are blessed’ it is sufficient for me, I don’t further ask him to lay hands on me or do any other prophetic deed.

The centurion man didn’t insist that Jesus give him mud or tear a piece of his garment that he may touch it like the woman with the issue of blood for him to believe. People come with the same mentality to God. When I i speak, go and believe. I am longing not to lay hands but I am longing to speak and God changes things in your life. The more I speak over my life things change better than the lives of people I lay hands on. I realized something; I don’t lay hands on myself but I speak over my life! I know when I speak, things happen. Do you want something to happen in your life? My prayer is a spoken Word, my prayer is to tell you, you are blessed. Go as a believer, believe in the spoken Word. The disciples were amazed when Jesus cursed the tree. Allow me to speak over your life and it happens, whether I spoke it with drama or not, receive in the right manner. I am tired of laying hands, I am born to speak, I speak and things happen, this is who I am.

Mark 11: 12,20
Have faith in God. What is the sign of having faith in God? So faith is not only believing and having a deed to support your faith but faith is; Whoever says to the mountain, move, it will move, so faith is speaking and it happens. 1 Say something, 2 don’t doubt, 3 Believe it. You are prosperous, you will never lack financially. That is what actually what God is saying. When you come and ask me to speak a Word over your life or your business, believe and don’t doubt, then go, it is done. Go read that scripture again and again, Matthew 11 and mark 17. Jesus lived His life by speaking, people went away rejoicing, not testing God. Don’t test God by how you feel and think, God does not answer prayers where you say ‘God if it is you, it will happen’ you are coming to God with a doubt. Believe, that is the action that is needed.

Believe, speak, stop living a safe life. You are trying to save your life when you could not save your life, even saving money has never saved anyone financially.
