‘FAITH IS YOUR VICTORY’-Part 2

[1 John 5:4]
“For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith”.

You can be born of God but as long as you do not exercise your faith you are not victorious over the world. Your faith is the victory that overcomes the world. Your weapon needs to be your faith. Whenever we speak of being overcomers we always think of sin, but it is also in the ways of life – the system of the world. When it says the one who is born of God overcomes the world it means you overcome a system. As Christians, we are at war with the system. Winning and having victory is not the same. Having won doesn’t mean you are victorious. The minute God says our victory is faith it means this finishes the system of the world.

God is saying we don’t have to win but we have to overcome and become victorious. He wants us to end the war between us and the world. For you to overcome a system you need to exercise faith because this is our victory. To God the system is nothing, you just need to exercise faith to overcome it. It is a system that women are more in numbers than men. A system manages all categories, some are rich and those that are poor, those that are married and those that are single, etc. Through God, you are able to overcome the system. Have you ever heard a saying that says people who have money attract more money – this is a system. The minute you have faith you become victorious over the system.

The one who overcomes the world is the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God. Some of you are thinking about how much you do not have than how much you will get. Set your mind on the things above. Faith teaches us to careless. The more we plan and try to understand it is the more we become fleshly. It is not wrong to budget but it becomes wrong when it determines your giving and what you can afford. Faith is the one that determines not your budget. Do not lose who you are because of safety.

How much do you believe in what you hope in? If faith is your reality how far can you go with what you have today? It is easy for a person to spend money before payday because they know that they are going to get paid. This shows how much faith you have in your company. How about we believe in God like that, where we believe in God without doubts. It doesn’t mean people are incapable of having faith, they do have faith but they choose where to put their faith. Many people sleep in peace because the doors are locked not because God is their protector. Is being with the Lord sufficient for you?

When God speaks it needs to be sufficient and we become reckless. Many of you believed when people told you they loved you without even seeing their hearts. God knows know that you are able to have faith because you are able to believe mere words. Why don’t we just believe in the Word? I said this is the month of supernatural miracles, why can’t we just believe that without being motivated? If they have never said that you are brainwashed it means you do not believe enough. You must learn to be brainwashed by the Word of God.

You don’t have to dream first in order to believe, do not wait for coincidence in order to believe but just believe as I speak. We have given people many chances, they disappointed us but we still put our trust in them. You have given your car many chances even when you saw someone in a car accident. You drive it knowing that you will arrive safely. How about we believe in God like that? Believe until something happens. Never label or degrade God. His Word is powerful and sharper than any double-edged sword. Do not believe God for plan ‘B’ but believe Him for plan ‘A’ only.

[Ephesians 6:16]
“Above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one”

Only faith can protect you, it also protects us from the system of this world.

[1 Corinthians 16:13]
“Watch, stand fast in the faith, be brave, be strong”.

Stand in faith. Read these scriptures throughout this month to energize and pump yourself up. Trust in God, do not rely on yourself. Rely on the Word that is spoken. The Bible says with God all things are possible, not with your circumstances or situations. Stop looking at your background or surroundings but look at God.

Do not look at yourself as a salaried person while I see you as a millionaire. You have the power to generate wealth not to generate a salary. With God all things are possible. When you have faith in things unseen you will understand that God has plans for you. Faith doesn’t have to please or tickle your flesh. It comes by hearing, therefore as you hear the Word respond to faith.

[Romans 15:13]
“Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit”.

When you have faith you are bound to be happy forever because your joy is not dependant on circumstances. Faith is the evidence of things we hope for.

Do not allow anything around you to make you happy, but be happy because you have God and He has spoken His Word. You can believe and have faith in what God has spoken but if you do not have peace in your heart you abort the Word. The more you have faith and peace the more you abound in joy. Be a joyful person everywhere, your joy must not be affected by your situations. Be happy and have peace. Be high in the Spirit, do not allow things to change you.

[James 2:17]
“Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead”

As you have faith and believe, change your ways and attitude. We need to see your works. Behave like a millionaire now. The way you behave plays a big role.

There are people who fail to have faith meaning spiritually they are barren, there are those who catch the Word and fall pregnant with faith but they miscarry. Behave like a woman who is pregnant and safeguard the Word. Do not just eat anything. Let’s see your works. There are characters and behaviours we need to divorce that do not go hand in hand with the Word. Some people get offended by everything, such things do not go hand in hand with faith. These are the things that cause one to miscarry the Word. Some of you do not have progress in life because you got offended. Someone wronging you doesn’t give you the right to be offended and get angry. The minute you master this you will have peace in you.

The next person being wrong doesn’t give you the right to take offence. You not taking offence is for your own benefit. Do not do what you feel but do what the Word expects you to do. People must not be able to see what you feel, instead, do the opposite of what your heart tells you. When God said to Cain master the sin He was telling him to do the opposite of what his heart was telling him. It doesn’t mean what is in your heart is always pure, sometimes you need to deny it. Do not allow your works to cause you to miscarry the Word you have received today.

[James 1:6]
“But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind”

Let there be progress in your life. Believe and divorce doubt. Stop waving back and forth. Believe that March is your month of supernatural miracles. I bless you, I declare that this is the month of supernatural miracles and great things are bound to happen this month.
