FORGIVE TO BE FORGIVEN

[MATHEW 6:8-14]

As a Christian you must have milestones, it is imperative to have milestones. There is no way someone can speak about mercy and it does not hit me. There is no way someone can speak about the love of God and it does not hit me. Those are my milestones. It means in my life, there is where I have experienced the love of God so much that whenever I hear “God loves you” it takes me back to that milestone and I have a meaning and connect to what it says.

The problem why many people remain lost in their minds during the Word is because they don’t have a meaning for most of the things that are being said at that moment. It is not that they never encountered some of the things but they became ignorant of those encounters and are left with no milestone. We all experience the love of God, His mercy, grace, and favor which is why we worship. I keep going in and out of the milestones of the greatness of God over my life.

Create a milestone in your life so that everything can have meaning in your life. God has manifested everything that He is. Have a milestone so that every time you worship God your worship may have meaning, whenever you say thank you, be aware of what you are saying thank you for. You cannot just say thank you Lord while you don’t even know what you are thankful for. Your encounters with God are important.

Most of the time we think Christians fall because they don’t read the Word and they don’t pray but that is not the whole truth. Not participating in these activities affect you by making you stagnant, it does not cause you to fall, it makes your spiritual life to be stagnant. You can be a Christian for many years without praying or reading the Word of God and you remain stagnant. Prayer and the Word of God cause growth. Today am going to show you what kills Christians.

God gave me a revelation, yesterday I had a vision where I sent my sister in the Lord and my son to go look for another son who is no longer fellowshipping with us. I was behind them as they were walking guarding them and telling them where to go. They were not aware that I have been directing them all along, they thought it was them making decisions about which way to take. They ended up in a place like a classroom and that’s where they found my son. When they tried to speak to him, he couldn’t hear them and he stood up from where he was seated and left. His face had two different sides, one side was his image that looked pale and the other half was an image like a skin of a green snake. God started to speak to me because the people I sent tried to speak to him he did not want to listen, hence he stood up. Then God gave me this message in Mathew 6. The thing is that when you leave God you become a snake, you don’t become anything else but a snake.  

[Mathew 6:5-14]

This is referring to the fallen, when you have fallen you are like this. Praying the Lord’s Prayer. This is a prayer of restoration, it’s continuous teaching from chapter 5.

1. “In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name.” The Father is in heaven, they are not with the Father and they worship the name

2. “Your kingdom come.” This shows the kingdom is not with them.

3.” Your Will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” they are not living in the Will.

4.” Give us this day our daily bread” they are not eating.

5.” Forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors” the debts that He is talking about here is not money but sin. “Forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us.”

Now God told me something as I was reading this, sin is big. Some signs are personal between men and God and some are by the law. In as much as there is sin that covers everyone, there is individual sin. Someone can see me doing something and consider it a sin while it’s not a sin but for them personally, they consider it as sin. As a result, they become offended by that. When we lie we sin against God but I can do something to you that you consider as sin and by that, it means that I have sinned against you. This particular sin may cost you heaven even though it does not cost me.

What may not be sinful according to God but to you as an individual can cause offence. You can miss the presence of God because you can’t forgive. The bible says “forgive us as we forgive those who sin against us.” God was telling me that those that I have offended, I didn’t offend them with what was sin, but yet it can cost them not to be forgiven by God. You can be offended that I am wearing this jacket and not forgive me, but that can cause you not to be forgiven for fornicating. You can find that I will not go to hell for wearing a jacket but you can go to hell for fornication. 

Not forgiving costs more and it makes you not to be forgiven for things that can lead you to hell. Many people who cannot forgive, carry many things even from the past. Even though they fall under the anointing and can pray in tongues and think they are okay but they are not. We have to forgive those who trespass against us not against God. God will forgive you according to the way you will forgive those who sin against you.

It is important that you forgive them so that you also may be forgiven. God feels the way you feel about them, that’s how many Christians die spiritually. People want to be forgiven but they can’t forgive the church.

According to the vision I saw, people want to be forgiven but they can’t forgive the pastor. It is difficult for them to forgive the pastor, the same pastor who has forgiven them many times but they can’t forgive him once. The church has forgiven them many times but they can’t forgive. Many think that when you are quiet you have not forgiven them. We don’t all respond to offence the same. Some people are quick to forgive because they don’t want to live with the offence. Verse 12 kills your spiritual senses, when it is not applied your spiritual senses die. You can never have spiritual senses when you don’t practice Matthew 6:12.

Your natural eyesight has always been active, your senses of smell, taste, touch, feeling, and hearing have always been active but the spiritual senses you get through the Spirit because no one can believe unless the Holy Spirit is with them. What can harm the spiritual senses is failing to forgive. When the Spiritual senses are dead, you will fail to see in the Spirit. You can be at church now and receive rebuke or even ask the father to rebuke you, but once you are offended you cannot receive rebuke in any way, and as a result, you will fail to see in the Spirit. People no longer see the way they used to because in the Spirit they are dead. What kills the sight is sin, you can never sin and see me as your spiritual father again.

When you sin, your spiritual senses die, as I am 33 years old some of you and I are in the same age group but you still call me father, it is a spiritual thing. The minute you sin your spiritual eyes become dim and the only way you can see me is in the physical. When your spiritual eyes are shut off you will still think that you see because you use your physical eyes to see the things of the Spirit. God didn’t give you other eyes but He gave you spiritual eyesight. There are some people I look at with my physical eyes but yet it is spiritual. The spiritual can die but yet you still see physically. When a spiritual sense is dead, the meaning dies, the reasoning dies, and the value dies. There are some things that you can’t value because you don’t see their meaning spiritually, meaning once your spiritual senses die the value dies as well. Sin is the killer of the spiritual senses.

When you don’t forgive, you lose your spiritual senses. God cannot forgive you if you fail to forgive others. When your spiritual senses die, you lose your sight and your hearing. Some people lost the sense to a point that even when you speak to them spiritually they respond to you fleshly because the sense is dead they are no longer able to respond spiritually because they don’t have the spiritual sense. In their reasoning capacity, the mind that they use now is no longer above but is now below.

What causes you to lose your spiritual senses is the verse of forgiveness. Meaning failure to forgive others costs you, your spiritual senses. It is not only sin but also offence. When we speak of offence people think that is speaking badly about the other person or anointing but that is not the whole symptom of offence. Offense makes your spiritual sense to die. Do not expect to see Yeshua as a spiritual church when you are offended. When sin and offence have taken place in a person there is separation.

Our unity is not physical but it’s in the Spirit. Before we can separate from someone, the person has already separated themselves in the Spirit. When sin and offense reign there is a separation that takes place spiritually. They separate themselves and as a result, it takes them back to “our Father who is in heaven”.  I don’t say the Lord’s prayer like that, I don’t say our Father who is in heaven but our Father who is in us because our Father is not in heaven but in us. God is with me, so in this prayer, it shows that the Father is not with them. They are far, the Kingdom is not with them, and what caused all that is unforgiveness and sin.

If you allow sin and offence to take place in your life just know that it’s at the cost of your spiritual senses. When your spiritual senses die, it prevents you from being fed and corrected. Not that you have never been corrected before but you are now offended. A son receives correction with gladness, not an unbeliever, an offended person, or a sinner, and remember no one knows the Father except the Son and the other way round. The son is always with the Father. When it says “a son” it shows that already there is a relationship between them. But when there is no relationship there is separation and correction continually causes offence.

 Only spiritual senses can receive spiritual correction. Spiritual senses can only receive what is in the Spirit. When one is in the Spirit they receive correction with joy even when it’s uncomfortable they are able to receive it. It’s a difficult thing to speak spiritually to a fleshly mind. Spiritual things are nothing to a fleshly person, when a person has now become fleshly whatever spiritual thing you say to them hit the wall and comes back without penetrating through them. Nothing happens it’s just a sound. Same as when God says that when someone prays without love it’s like a ganging of noise it’s without meaning.

For example when God in Genesis said “let us go down and confuse them” it was not the language that He gave them that confused them but it was Him who confused them because Him going down was a language. When Adam and Eve sinned, they heard God walking and they hid. It was the going down of God that confused them.

Make sure at all times, no matter how much they have wronged you to forgive because your forgiveness counts, and those who have wronged you do not mean they have lost the glory because what you see as sin might not be sin before God. Something that is not sin can cost you your righteousness. Many things that we are offended about are not even important. Many pastors who have offended people are still ministering powerfull and God is still walking with them. Your offence does not mean God is no longer walking with them but it affects you not them. One needs to be carefull, a useless thing can cause you everything (the Kingdom).

After verse 13, you will understand that this prayer is not a prayer of a spiritual person because the bible tells us that God cannot tempt us. Now how can you pray and say God must not lead you into temptation. God does not tempt us but He tests us, for a person who does not have God it will be “do not lead us into temptation” and not see it as a test. When you are spiritually aligned and active, you see tests and not temptations. Spiritual people don’t fall into temptations but they pass tests. It’s either you fail or pass a test but you don’t fall into temptations because you can never be tempted.

The minute you realize that it is a test you will know that you can’t be tested with what you have never been taught.  After teaching comes exams. That is why the bible says “you can never be tested with what is above you” meaning when you were taught you became above the tests. Hence it says deliver us from evil. This shows that the people who are saying this are in the dark. In the beginning, I told you not to be a snake.  Do not live in offence or sin.

Eve became a serpent when she listened not when she ate, she didn’t just become a serpent but she became an ambassador. That is what happens with offended people, they can’t keep quiet about it. They want to preach the offence they have received. Eve was an evangelist of the serpent because evangelists of the darkness don’t have to be sent. She was in a rank where she did not have to be sent but she was already preaching. The devil never said to her go give Adam but she did it, either way, it was now her nature to be the serpent. The serpent preached to Eve but Eve became the serpent who preaches hence she gave Adam the fruit.

It is the nature of offence and sin to pass it through, and it is the nature of the other to receive without questioning because it was a relationship. Adam did not receive from the serpent but the bone of his bones and flesh of his flesh. Likewise, with the rest of the offended, they receive from their brothers and sisters but they don’t realise that they are no longer eating from a brother or sister but the serpent. They say deliver us from evil because they are in evil. When one can’t forgive they are in evil and it’s also in them.

(Verse 14) If you forgive even those who sin against you intentionally God will forgive you as well. This shows that God wants us to forgive even the people who intentionally offend us. If you want to survive as a Christian you must learn to be immune to offence, train yourself that when things happen to you, they happen for a reason not that someone is doing it to you. The minute you acknowledge that things happen for a reason instead of you thinking badly of other people, you will make it. When someone just passes without greeting you, instead of thinking that they hate you ask yourself what they are going through. Find a reason behind every deed because even a rapist has an issue that he needs to be freed from.

Start thinking that there is a reason instead of being offended. Do not allow people or situations to change you. Most people who are close to the man of God when they fall, fall as though they were never close to the man of God. People fail to be as Jesus was because of how they get offended. Pray that you may be delivered from evil because we saw people laugh with us but until they were offended, evil started to manifest in their lives.

You are the best of what God has made but when you disconnect from the presence of God, you can be the worst of what the devil can make. When the presence manifest we think that a person is good but the truth is that it is not us people who are good but it is the Lord who is good. We are just vessels. You can’t go and drink tea and say that the cup is nice, it’s the tea that is nice. We call it a cup of tea because it has tea in it. No one is good or righteous but we are under the influence of the Holy Spirit. Get that clear, the goodness you see in anyone is the goodness of God. Never take that for granted.

When you are in the hands of the devil you are all possibilities. Wait until you are possessed, you will realise that you are a cup to carry all possibilities. There are a lot of things that we do that are done by God through us. The cup belongs to someone who fills it. Unbelievers are convenient tools for the devil to get to you. The devil knows how to put a trap and the trap wouldn’t look dangerous to the victim.

When the devil traps you, he will trap you with something nice and attractive, but wait until he exposes himself. It is a serious danger to play around something that is ready to be possessed with anything. For someone full of God it is difficult to be emptied and be filled with something else but imagine for someone empty. When the devil wants to destroy your salvation he can use anything possessed and unpossessed.

An offended person dies spiritually and they don’t see things the same way. My brother asked me, why do people who get close to the anointing die, I told him the closer you get the easier you can be offended by the person carrying the anointing. When you are far, it is possible you just hear what I give you without seeing so many other things, but the minute you can see the things I do daily, you might not like some of the things and that might cause you to be offended. The real Gospel is the one of fellowship, it’s the one of Jesus and His disciples, not the one of knocking off at 12 but eating together and seating together. We can’t be afraid to give that to you because we are afraid that we might offend you.

When you know the worth of salvation, you will know how to override any other thing that might be a risk to your salvation. Jesus would not teach you about shaking the dust or He would not have washed their feet if where the Gospel is there won’t be dust. Where there are two people there are great chances of being offended. Why do we put choice when it comes to the things of God but you don’t choose your family members? Drink from the well the Lord has placed you in. Churches will never be the same, they will differ in so many things, there are some things you might wish your father in the Lord would do because you saw them somewhere but the truth is ministers will never be the same.

Where God has placed you, what God has given you, appreciate it, and live with it because that is where life is. The disciples who followed John went to Jesus and John’s response was that “it is the Lord Who giveth and it is also He Who taketh”. Still, not all of them remained with Jesus, and that does not mean they found another master. Jesus was the last one, it does not mean that because they moved from John to Jesus they could also move from Jesus to someone else. It is God who does the move, when pressure moves you or anger it’s not God. Don’t make a move but let God make a move.

The church is full of sinful people, not because they commit sins but because they are not forgiving. It is painful to stop doing something but it’s still following you around and affecting you. There is no painful thing like that. Many Christians are full of offence and anger and the things that cause many people to be offended are even capable of costing them their Father. Don’t be a snake but be a son, when a snake dies, a son becomes alive but when a son dies a snake becomes alive.

(Verse 12) I have always taught people to forgive but people take it lightly. When you sin against a public figure you have to repent before the public, but when you sin against an ordinary man you can ask for forgiveness in private. You can never sin against me and then come to me privately to ask for forgiveness. People are afraid to confess because they think that we don’t know they are capable of speaking badly about us. People think that discernment can’t inform us about the things that they do. I am a spiritual person, it’s the nature of God to know what is happening around me.

When something is concealed to the man of God, God is teaching him something, it is not everything that shocks a man of God.  I know that my Spiritual father is aware of many things about me because I am aware of my sons. That is what happens when you are a spiritual man who spends time in prayer and the Word. We grow. These things just come by knowing. Spiritual people don’t assume, they are given insight at all times. Never treat a man of God as a fleshly person, even in their fleshly moment see them spiritual, you will always be safe. Don’t allow anything to offend you because your forgiveness is determined by the way you forgive.

Today’s teaching is about being aligned with the Spirit and rolling the stone. When the stone is still there, intact and glued to the graveyard Christ can’t come out of that grave. Roll away the stone in your life so that Christ may be alive in you because the light can’t be manifested from the outside but on the inside. You don’t find the resurrected Christ laying in the grave but He is out, He is alive. In this journey, we will try many times not to hurt each other but somewhere somehow we will step on each other’s toes, in that we must be able to put our differences aside. Do not be too fragile because you will miss the important fact that God has called you for, run your race.

“To the daughters”

I want to rebuke sisters they always want to go for looks in marriage instead of the presence, but when they have problems, they want us to deal with the presence. God has been teaching me that anyone can marry anyone as long as they are both the Word. Only the Word can marry the Word but when the Word proposes we don’t see the Word. You have never even measured the level of the Word, you don’t check how God is moving with them or the purpose of God but you check the level of irritation and the noise they make around you. Rather stay with the irritation that can hear the voice of God.

What makes a person is not looks but the God that they have. There are many people who are overwritten because they are not suitable types according to people. Take out the type issues and remain with the Word. Take out the type issues and tell the Lord that the Word that He gives you is what you will live with. The thing is maybe people are not in love with the Word so much that they can just remain with it. I respect a person who can be mended by the Word. If your partner is perfect to you because they don’t have mistakes, then that is a lie. I’m rebuking sisters because they reject brothers for invalid reasons, you measure if the man could be your partner or not in an earthly way.
