HOW THE PROPHETIC OPERATES

The prophetic word can come in a word of knowledge, in declaration or in future events (mysteries). The prophetic word can be in different parts, when we speak about prophecy we can unpack it in different levels. There is prophecy where the man of God declares what must happen in your life. When I declare finances, I am speaking into existence what must happen in your life. Another type of prophecy is word of knowledge, it is when I come and I speak what you already know; what is already happening in your life, now am coming speaking a prophetic word showing that God knows you.

Usually when the word of knowledge is released, it’s to assure you, to pump up your faith so that you may believe what He is about to do in your life. When God wants to bless you with a car but instead of Him telling you that He is going to bless you with a car, He starts with a word of knowledge. Remember prophecy is to edify, encourage and build up the church.

Prophecy can come out as a rebuke, guidance, advice, warning or future events. Prophetically you can be shown something so you can pray about it. Hearing a prophetic word doesn’t mean relax it means you need to know what God wants you to do or say.

A prophet who declares is like a farmer who puts seeds on the soil, the ground. The ground is your heart, that is you as the temple of the Holy Spirit. So, a prophet will come and declare and when he declares his springing seed on your garden. The seed that has been planted needs to be watered. If the seed is not watered, it can never grow. If the seed of a prophetic declaration is not watered, it can never grow. Do not expect a prophetic declaration that you do not believe in to manifest in your life, because it needs to be watered. It means when I come here, and I declare an open door for finances over your life, you need to believe in what has been said but not just believe but also meditate.

Now what is meditation? Meditation is when you cultivate, water and prune. When one meditates on what has been declared; what they are doing is cultivating remember before we can see a fruit from a tree the seed was planted. When the tree starts to emerge it spring out and grows, still needs to be pruned so that it can bear sweet fruits and plenty fruits. When you meditate, you are cultivating and pruning your own tree. The seed that has been planted or been thrown in your life now, when it emerges and becomes a tree it needs to be pruned through meditation.

The meditation part is very important. You can believe and not meditate, when you believe and not meditating, it can be either way.

Now as I stand here and say I declare a job to you and you receive a job and it is from God but because you as an individual didn’t meditate, it can compromise your spiritual life and your salvation. Should we blame the prophet or God who brought that job? No, it is the one who received and didn’t water and prune it. I can plant a good seed but because you’re not pruning the tree the fruits come out bitter or lesser fruits. Some of you it has been declared but suddenly it’s taken away, so when I say meditate, do it.

Your meditation can never be meditation if it’s not aligned with the Word of God. We meditate on the Word of God and also on what the prophet has declared.

Let me make an example, God went to Solomon and said “ask for anything” and Solomon asked for wisdom where was that wisdom coming from? The wisdom was from God, the devil didn’t bless him with it, but the very wisdom is the one that made him to marry many women, to have a pool full of idols, and to do things that are out of the Word of God. He operated with the wisdom in a wrong way, there was lack of meditation. It is important that after a declaration there is meditation of the Word of God and the declaration, so that the declaration can fit in the Word of God.

God can manifest a declaration in your life because He honours the prophet. I can declare  marriage on you and yet it’s not your time for marriage or you’re not even supposed to get married but because God honours the prophet that has spoken, He blesses you with marriage. He blesses you because He honours the anointing and the authority He has bestowed on the man of God. There are some declarations when they are spoken, automatically you were in line to get them, maybe it was your time for marriage, the declaration just emphasizes, it adds to what was about to happen to you. There are declarations that make things to manifest as soon as possible, maybe there was a delay in something, sometimes it’s not a delay it was that it’s not time but because the prophet has declared, and you believe, then it happens.

There is faith that moves God and makes Him move out of His time. It can make God to operate out of His time or season. Look at Mary when she was with Jesus, she came to Him and said the wine is finished, she never asked for wine but she believed that wine could come out from Jesus. Mary believed, she had faith and that faith moved Jesus to operate out of His time. He operated out of His time when He said to Marry “women it is not My time.” When Mary heard that she didn’t go back to Jesus she went to the disciples and said do this and that, there are some deeds that add up to your faith. You can exercise faith but your deeds after can make sure that you get it. When Jesus said “woman My time has not come”, Mary didn’t argue with Him and said you are God, you can do it, she went to the disciples and said do as He says. What you do after also matters. You can have faith now for something but what you do after can destroy what you are supposed to get.

How did Mary know that if Jesus needs to turn water into wine He will have to assign disciples? How did Mary know that faith comes by hearing? For some there is such kind of faith that makes you see, that is why we say we see by faith. Faith needs to be your eyesight, you need to see the future by faith. How do you see the future with faith? You see it by the Word of God. When the Word of God becomes reality to you, it becomes your world and you are able to see the future. Mary saw obedience and authority because for Jesus to say “disciples go fill those gallons with water”it was authority, command. Mary tapped in that by faith, she an instruction to the disciples and said be obedient.

Faith is beyond, is above what does the Bible say when it says you will receive righteousness according to faith? That is another level of righteousness. Faith has the power to forgive your sins to bring righteousness and push sin away that’s another level of faith. Faith needs to correct, build and encourage you not to condemn you. Sometimes what we think exposes how we feel and our weaknesses. When you don’t get the job, and you think it’s because you didn’t pay enough prophetic offering, it exposes that you believe in your deeds more than what God is doing for you. Believing in the prophetic offering more than God it’s an error. Prophetic offering comes with the law of demand, but we don’t go and believe in it more than God. It is not by our deeds.

I am teaching you how the spiritual realm works the spiritual realm is sensitive. The spiritual realm is governed by two spirits, light and darkness. When you receive an instruction from the spiritual realm you need to listen attentively, you need to be sensitive to the spiritual realm. Spiritual realm is even sensitive towards your doubts, a slightest doubt can abort a bigger thing in your life. You need to deal away with doubt by teaching yourself, by taking baby steps. Some want to be qualified in faith but they don’t want to take the baby steps. Make the Word your real world, everything you see around you must be fake but the Word be true. Let all men be lie and God be true. Allow only the Word of God to become the truth. When the Word has become true to you and reality, believe it even when you didn’t see the manifestation of it.

Believe it so much that you have no piece of doubt in your life. Tell yourself that God doesn’t have to tell you many times that “o popile”. This is the prophetic world, there are times where God told me things and everything was opposite but yet I was so happy, because the opposite is so fake to me but what God showed me and said it’s so real.  Start with small things whenever you wake up, what does the Word say?The Word tells us to expect the sun in the morning, when I wake up and it’s cloudy I say this is fake. I practice the Word literally so that it may be reality in my life.

Today you are in prophetic service, I’m about to declare some great things upon your life, I’m about to open things in your life. Now the Word that I’ve spoken, the seed will be out it is up to you how you water, meditate, cultivate and prune it. There are some prophetic declarations when they come out they manifest immediately and others come to pass after some time because the tree is still growing. Sometimes declarations are released in your life but because of the bad things or quietness that is going around in your life, you can’t tell the difference between the blessing of God and what is happening in your life. The Word is your eyesight, the level of the Word in you is the one that will make you to be able to see what God is doing in your life.

You can be a Christian and not be aware of what God is doing in your life at all, reason being the level of the Word is so low in you but when you grow in the Word of God you are able to see what God is doing in your life, even when it’s too small, it’s just a seed. It takes a spiritually sensitive, full of faith man to be able to see the importance of the seed and to be excited.

Only a farmer becomes happy when he receives a seed because he understands its language. When you give a farmer a seed he sees the whole field filled with fruits. When it’s time for harvest it’s not only the farmer that sees and eats the fruits but everyone does. As I’m going to be declaring in your life I’m going to be like a farmer, I am a prophet. I’m going to put seeds in your life and you might not be aware. I’m going to be excited, I take this serious because I know the importance of a seed. And you it’s either you see with the eyes of a farmer, or you don’t see that. When you don’t see you will not know how to water, you will just ignore the seed that has been planted. When you ignore it, those who paid attention and watered when they harvest you will see their harvest.

I was teaching these past weeks I said “anointing responds to faith” when there’s no faith anointing becomes dormant. Most of the time Christians change churches because they feel like the pastor doesn’t have faith and is not anointed enough. Sometimes is not the pastor that is not anointed, are the congregants who do not have faith. Being with Jesus doesn’t mean you can get the power in the garment but someone from outside can come with faith and grasps that power. The anointing was dormant while disciples were around and men because there was no faith that it can respond to but when faith came it responded. You can enter the anointed service and leave without anything, why because there’s no faith. Faith comes by hearing, I’m giving you faith now but it’s up to you after you have received faith, will you operate and believe in it?

People who sit down and listen to the Word of God every day when a man of God teaches, are the ones who are supposed to have faith more than everyone. But someone from far can just hear that there is a man of God there and they come with faith that is bigger than the ones who are surrounding him and hearing the message every day.

When Jesus met Nathaniel, He said “I saw you before you were sitting under the fig tree” that is another kind of prophecy, it’s a word of knowledge. After that He said to him “you believe” meaning faith, “because I told you this you will see angels ascending and descending upon the Son of man” He didn’t tell him when.

Throughout the journey, we never heard the encounter of Nathaniel seeing angels ascending and descending not that Jesus told him lies, but did Nathanial believe enough to continually see them? Angels kept on descending and ascending upon the Son of man, they kept on ministering to Him.

You are going to receive the same declarations, prayers but different results. God is expecting us to be in the same level because He is giving us the same Word.

Lastly before I start declaring, something very important I’m going to teach that will help you

Whenever you go before the man of God make sure you start speaking in tongues when you are alone, 5min to 10min before you meet him.

The Bible says when the man speaks in tongues, he is speaking mystries to God. When speak mystries, you ensure that you speak the Will of God. There’s no timing in the spiritual realm, you can speak in tongues for one minute, but you have completed a day’s prayer. When you speak mysteries, you are covering everything about your life that is in the Will of God, even your heart desires. Pray to God according to what you want when you do that He responds through the man He has sent. How can they hear unless someone is sent? We are sent to respond to your prayers.
