’SHEPHERDS IDENTIFIED BY THE VOICE’

[John 10:1-5]
“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who does not enter the sheepfold by the door, but climbs up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber. But he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.
..”
‭‭It means there are shepherds who are able to enter into the sheepfold without entering through the door. The doorkeeper opens for the shepherd and the sheep hears his voice. Today we are celebrating Father’s day and many are called fathers because they have biological children, but some because they are spiritual shepherds. Today I am teaching both the sheep and the shepherd. This is the shepherd that was promised in the book of Jeremiah, and when he enters by the door it is the duty of the sheep to hear him by the voice. There are many shepherds called fathers in the absence of the voice. We are talking about the sheep and the shepherd, the father together with the sons. There are those who climb to steal the sheep, yet again the sheep can also go out of the fold to look for the shepherd without the authority of the doorkeeper. The relationship between the shepherd and the sheep is kept by the doorkeeper. He is the one who authorises the shepherd to enter and take the sheep.

Verse 3
“To him, the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice, and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.”
‭‭Why is the doorkeeper opening for the shepherd? Why does he not allow others to enter? It is because they do not have approval from the Father. When there is no approval from the Father the doorkeeper will not open the door for you. You do not just become a father but the doorkeeper or the Father above needs to be the one who allows you to enter. That is why many are thirsty or hungry because the shepherd doesn’t have approval from above. The moment the door opens for the shepherd it means there is approval from above. The heart that the doorkeeper has is the one the shepherd must have because the shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. Why do we have sons who are not fathered well? Some of them climb and look for another father. When you search for a father you will find thieves who are ready to devour God’s people. The sheep are not allowed to know you by your appearance by they need to know you by the voice. The voice is the Word of God. It is an error for a sheep to have a father without a voice or to know his father by appearance. A father who doesn’t have a voice is a thief and they come only to deceive. No matter how much the devil can masquerade the angel of light he can’t masquerade the Word of God. He can never come with the Word but he comes with scriptures.

What is spoken can never be imitated. The only time you can become a shepherd it is when the doorkeeper opens. Many run with the anointing of Solomon – the anointing of gathering. The shepherd that comes through the door finds the sheep already gathered by the Father. If you are a shepherd called by God you are not supposed to gather. In the book of John God says to Peter feed my sheep, not gather them. Our work is to feed not to gather. Real fathers do not claim sons whom they are not supposed to father. Those who are not fathers try to gather everything, they gather even those the Father did not give to them. The shepherd leaves those who are not his own. Have you left those who are not yours or you are still fathering someone else’s son? There are moments where someone plants and someone waters. If the men who were in the ship with Jonah understood that his place is Nineveh and had to cast him out of the boat what more about you who are spiritual?
[John 21:15-17]
”So when they had eaten breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me more than these?” He said to Him, “Yes, Lord; You know that I love You.” He said to him, “Feed My lambs.”
“He said to him again a second time, “Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me?” He said to Him, “Yes, Lord; You know that I love You.” He said to him, “Tend My sheep…”
‭‭There are fathers who plant and water and those who can do both. Peter could do both, hence Jesus said feed My lambs (young) and tend My sheep (old). Verse 17, the doorkeeper must be the one who knows the shepherd yet the sheep must know the shepherd by the voice. Now that Jesus knows Peter He further says to him ‘feed My sheep’. The other thing that made Peter fall it was him refusing when Jesus told him that he will deny Him. He was hiding before God. Hence we always say do not come with ignorance, though we do not deny that you are weak yet you are required to still say No to your weaknesses.

Do not allow your weakness to master you, hence the bible says let the weak say I am strong. This shows that they are acknowledging their weaknesses and know that there is someone who can give them strength. God wants someone He knows. A father before God is naked and is known by the doorman and when the doorman trusts him the sheep will know his voice. It is an error for you to know Lutendo Andries but it is excellent to know Abraham (the voice). When I stand it is no longer I but Christ, so the voice of Abraham (the divine) is the one you need to know. When you say Papa, to whom are you saying Papa? Many do not know this voice hence it is difficult for them to submit fully. They have the voice and the shepherd. You need to forget about Lutendo and look at Abraham because he is much bigger and he knows everything. Abraham is a father according to the Spirit and Lutendo is a boy from Soshanguve. The minute I say Abraham I am talking about Christ. Who are you submitting to? Who is fathering you? You can come to Abraham and still receive Lutendo. There are many people that are attracted by the cup but never drink what is in the cup. Do you drink your father?

Do you have communion with the father? When do you say Happy Father’s Day are you saying it to the Spirit? Or are you going around with the cup? The cup can be broken and replaced with another one. The cup can be filled with pride and think that it is bigger than the drink inside. When you receive the cup you receive its weaknesses as well but when you receive the drink you receive what is flowing from the throne. The doorkeeper knows the cup hence He fills it, but the sheep must drink what is inside. God must cause us to love each other. He is the one who caused you to love me and me to love you. It is not your duty to stop loving me. Who are you to chase me out? When God has given us a father-son relationship. I can’t reject you even when you speak badly about me. We have no right to end the relationship – for as long as the voice is still there I am still your father. No matter how much I can offend you I am still your father because the door has been opened. All you need to do is to come back and ask for forgiveness. The father will always be there, ready to receive the son back. When you go to another shepherd you become a fatherless son because he doesn’t know your name. Only the one God has placed as your father knows your name.

No matter where you go, as long as the doorkeeper has not closed the door it can never be closed. You don’t have to know where I come from or grew up, but you need to know the one who is giving you food. As long as there is a voice I am still your father. Many follow the father according to appearance. There are sons who still rejected me yet I am their father because they placed appearance above the voice. There is a saying that God is everywhere, the voice can be everywhere but it is speaking from somewhere. They hear him by the voice hence they follow him. You can like me on social media or watch me behind closed doors if I am your father you need to be submitting. Some because of their pride they can’t come and face me anymore. If you love the father you need to be among the sheep that are following.
[John 10:5]
“Yet they will by no means follow a stranger, but will flee from him, for they do not know the voice of strangers.”
‭‭A stranger can be a good shepherd but not for you. This stranger to someone he is a father. You do not only flee from false prophets only but even those who are from God.

Only your father needs to feed you, which race are you running? Which baton are you holding? We can be true servants of God together but do not hold someone’s baton. Why do you want what is eaten in another house? Eat what is given to the shepherd. Sometimes the competition is not among fathers but among the sheep. You can’t follow Barnabas and Paul at the same time. They have different mandates, one for Jews and the other for Gentiles. A stranger can be someone who is from God as well. That is why I say that you need to be careful about what you watch. You might be carrying someone’s baton – you take someone’s teaching and bring it to the house. You need to teach what your father teaches, feed the sheep according to what the father is giving them. Give them the greener pastures that the father has discovered. These strangers have the voice also, remember we have shepherds who do not have the voice and they attract you through appearance. The voice is the shepherd himself.

]Jeremiah 3:15]
”And I will give you shepherds according to My heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding”
What is this knowledge and understanding? It is found in the heart. The voice I am talking about is the heart of God. Let it be the one speaking. Do not know the shepherd but know the heart of God. Runaway from people who feed you themselves. You need to be baptised into the heart of God. Runaway from fathers who do not give you His heart – these are fathers who push their own mandate. The heart of the Father is the one you need in your life. You don’t need any other person but the voice of God. Fathers are identified with the voice.

[2 Peter 1:16 – 18]
When a voice came from excellent glory that is when He was placed as a Father. They knew Him by the voice. Shepherds without honour and glory operate outside – and the voice has not come upon them. A voice had to confirm Him and because of that, there is honour and glory. When there is a voice there is a father. To many the door is closed because the father is not pleased with them – hence they are gathering like Solomon. Most ministers operate with Solomon’s wisdom, the wisdom to gather, manipulate, and deceive. They have the wisdom of this world. They gather and can go to the extent of mixing up with the government and authorities. Heaven continually confirmed Jesus. Is there a voice within you? When there is a voice there is no way you can live unrighteously. The minute there is a voice you become holy as He is holy. The sheep want to be as you are because they see the voice in you. The voice must work in you first before it can work in them.

There are some shepherds that are afraid of their sons because of the voice worketh in the sheep not in the shepherd. Some shepherds have sheep that produce fruits of the spirit more than them. As long as there is someone in the house who is matured more than you it disqualifies you as a father. Some are threatened by the sheep because the voice is visible in the sheep than in the shepherd. There are shepherds who preach the righteousness they do not have. You want to sit among fathers but you do not want the responsibility of being a father. There are many fathers who buy groceries every day yet they do not spend time with their children. There are ministers like that as well. Give the sheep the heart of God. When they see you they must see the heart of God walking, they must not see a difference between you and holiness. They must learn to say No because of you. Jesus didn’t say pick up the cross before He could do so. Don’t tell them not to sin before you stop sinning. Have you rejected the world the way you want them to reject it? Fathers do not instruct but they do, while children imitate. Fathers are meant to be imitated. If I am your father you will behave the way I behave. They need to imitate you, not hear you only. Verse 18, Jesus was prophesied but without confirmation, it doesn’t make Him a Father. Most of you were prophesied that you will be a minister but is it confirmed? There must be confirmation every day that the Father is pleased with you.

When I teach about fathers I become very strict because they bear the lives of many. Before you put people in your hands you need to deal with yourself first. We are tired of fathers who go for deliverance over and over again. Master sin before you can tell people to master it. We are all pressed on every side and challenged, but because of the sheep that are looking and following we say No. My yes is their yes and my no is their no. [John 10:1-4] The shepherd must go before them. What kind of a father are you who can’t stand all temptations? You need to be able to say no to all temptations. I’ll be robbing you if you send me a message of father’s day while I do not live right. You need to be able to imitate me.

Fathers are trusted with the voice. God wants that when you see a father you may see the bible. Verse 4, you can’t tell your sons, not to date but you date, or not to drink yet you drink. Sometimes you have to close the bible and tell them to look at you and imitate you. You are not a father if you can’t be imitated. You need to be imitated as a father. If the sheep live the way you live, make decisions like you, love money the way you love money will you be happy? You teach the sheep not to love money so they can give but you love money so you can keep it. You are looking at their tithe. Sons of the same house are all the same. When you are in the house of the father you are all equal, you are sons and you submit. Your humility should be the same. There are some ministers who do not want their brothers to refer to them as ‘brother’, but want to be called the man of God or prophet. Many are bewitched by their gifts, they want people to honour them wherever they go. A gift wants to be appreciated, but if you want it to be controlled by the Holy Spirit it must be subjected to humbleness. If your gift is higher than humbleness then it’s a problem.

[John 5:37-47]
He is talking to the Pharisees and seduces, they have never heard His voice at any time but they teach people. They are leaders but do not know the voice of God. Verse 42, for us to see that you have the love of God you need to feed the sheep. Love the doorkeeper, the love that the sheep should receive need to be the same love you have for God. Verse 43, people love people who come in their own name. There are people who are attracted to people who sell themselves and not Christ. Do not follow me because of this and that but follow the voice. Many fathers who have the voice are rejected by the sheep. What are we celebrating today, which kind of a father are you celebrating? The father’s spirit or the father in the flesh? It is even better to say to your biological father ‘Happy Father’s day’ than saying happy father’s day to your fleshly father who pretends to be a spiritual father. The minute you go to a minister who doesn’t have a voice and you call him father you are cursing yourself. He says I am sending you as sheep among wolves that are better but the moment it says beware of the wolves in sheepskin – these are most dangerous because they can pretend. When you call your biological father dad he is not competing with God, but when someone comes and says they are your spiritual father without God’s approval you are bringing a curse upon yourself.

Declaration:
I lift that curse away from you, where you called wrong men’s fathers while they are not. I declare that you are free from what is in the past, it shall not bind you anymore. The curses which that life brought are no more. Fathers are not meant to be covered, you don’t cover the father’s sin – but you keep quiet and leave. Fathers are ones to cover the sons. Some of you who have been busy covering up, I pray for you and set you free. Don’t be a partaker in the wrongdoings to people who call themselves fathers. I remove that curse upon you. When you cover them up you become part of the wrath that will come upon them. Those who did it without knowing I speak mercy. To fathers who are leading your children according to the Word of God, I say Happy Father’s Day. Well done continue running this race of righteousness and faith until we reach the mark.
