’BECOME YOUR BROTHERS KEEPER’ part 1

[John 15:5-7]
“I am the vine, you are my branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.”
We are in the Kingdom of God so God lives in us. Some people are born again for the sake of being born again, they do not believe that God lives in them. You cannot do it by yourself, you need God. If you abide in Him, He abides in you that is when God starts dwelling in you. God is in our midst, we are His children. The place where God dwells, is in us. We are the accommodation of God.
[1 Samuel 4:1-4]
“And when the people had come into the camp, the elders of Israel said, ‘Why has the Lord defeated us today before the Philistines? Let us bring the ark of the covenant of the Lord from Shiloh to us, that when it comes among us it may save us from the hand of our enemies.”
The Philistines were enemies and the Israelites were the people of God. The ark of God represented His presence. We are destroyed if the ark is not among us, but the moment the ark comes, we can defeat our enemies. Many of us are not aware that the ark lives in us. The moment you are not aware that there is power in you, power cannot be effective in your life.
The nations knew that God is powerful therefore they could not do anything to the Israelites once His presence was there. The very same God who was with the Philistines lives in you. According to the law, the ark was supposed to be carried by the Levites. In all the tribes, only the tribe of Levi was worthy.
[Hebrews 7:11-17]
“Therefore, if perfection were through the Levitical priesthood (for under it the people received the law), what further need was there that another priest should rise according to the order of Melchizedek. And not be called according to the order of Aaron?”
In the book of Joshua, it was the priests who carried the ark when they were about to cross the river. There was no need for another priest to come if there was perfection in the priests of Levi. Jesus came through grace, not the law. Perfection was never found in the Leviticus priesthood but in Christ.
Melchizedek is a man without genealogy, and Jesus came in that order. We cannot expect a priest from the tribe of Judah, it is an error. The priesthood of Aaron and his sons was not perfect. The priesthood was perfected when Jesus came. We are blessed and favored to have such a priest, one who comes through righteousness and peace. You are a priest forever because He has made you to be something great. He is the one who has called you to Himself.
[1 Peter 2:9-10]
“But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.”
You are a child of God. God has chosen you from the darkness into the marvelous light. He has redeemed you. You are also a priest, but not according to the order of Aaron but that of Melchizedek. You are priests forever. You are special. He has chosen you, He has called you by name. You are called to worship Him. Everything that you will be doing, will be in perfection not under the law. The priest that you submit under carries perfection because He has perfected priesthood.
You will do everything in perfection. You were nothing and He chose you. Embrace that you now belong to God. God loves you. Allow Him to be in you. I believe that God will heal you. Apostle Paul says we believe therefore we speak. The Spirit of faith that was in our forefathers is in us. God lives in you. God will perform in you.
[Jeremiah 3:15]
“And I will give you shepherds according to My heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding.”
They will never remember the ark anymore. The ark was in Shiloh. The reason is that it now lives in them. If the Lord lives in you, you cannot remember it like it is far from you. They used to go to Jerusalem to worship. In John 4, Jesus was telling the Samaritan woman that they shall worship the Father in Spirit and in truth.
Now that God lives in you, you will not go far to worship Him. The reason why God had to come in the flesh, was so that He may know and feel what we feel as human beings. Because He lives in you, He knows what you are going through.
[Revelation 21:3-5]
“And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, ‘Behold, the tabernacle of God is now with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God.”
Because God lives in you. You shall never remember the ark. Everything is new in your life, the former is gone. You will never experience weeping because the Comforter has come. He shall be everything in your life. God has been emphasizing this from the book of Jeremiah. He has made you something. No more fear. Sometimes the problem comes because we fail to see.
The disciples of Jesus walked with Him but could not see that it was Him. If we do not see that God is in us, we are going to fail to see His works in us. Let us pray to God that He may open our eyes so that we can see that it is Him. We do not acknowledge that God is God.
[Hebrews 11:6]
“But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.”
Without faith, it is impossible to hear God. The dwelling place of God is in His Word. When God says trust in Me, He is saying trust in the Word. The Word is God. Paul says faith comes by hearing God. There is a difference in having faith and having feelings of faith. Faith must be put into practice. He who comes to Him must believe that He is.
[John 4:23]
“But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshippers will worship the Father in Spirit and Truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.”
When we come to Him, we must believe that He is. Most of the time, we do not pay attention to our prayers. God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. If you diligently seek Him you must pay attention to everything that you do.
YESHUA; A CITY ON A HILL, THE LIGHT THAT CANNOT BE HIDDEN.
