ARISE, BE FOUND IN PRAYER AND THE WORD

When it says arise and shine, what are you arising from? Someone needs to arise from the flesh. Your duty is not to fight the world, it’s to fight the flesh because the flesh wants to subdue the body. When it says we bring down every thought that exalts itself above the Word of God (see 2 Corinthians 10:1-6). Trees cannot esteem themselves higher than Christ they know who Christ is, creation knows who Christ is. Our fight with the flesh is forever.

We need to arise every day. Arise and shine from the flesh. You cannot shine where there is dust (flesh). The flesh is dust. We need to arise from dust. When they bury people and say dust to dust, it’s in the context of an earthly view. In the spiritual point view God said you will eat dust to the serpent, He was speaking about the flesh itself, that you will live in that spirit. Where there is wind, dust will always be there. Where the Spirit is there will always be dust.

Dust always fights the wind. Any man born of the spirit is like a wind, no one knows where he comes from or where he is going (see John 3:8) You must constantly rise from the dust. There is a certain level as you go higher, there is where dust cannot reach. There is no plane that lands and it’s full of dust, no matter how stormy it was.

Dust blows in the air not the ground, you can be in the spirit but where dust is. Dust is not in the physical realm only but in the spiritual realm as well. The spiritual realm it’s a world itself, it consists of demons, angels and where God is but He is in the highest level. We are not arising from the ground but arising from the spiritual realm where dust is to where dust can never come in.

Depression is not on the ground, but it is when you are in the spirit but where dust is. We call it dust when it is the air but when it is on the ground, we call it soil. Man was not made from the soil but dust. God made man with dust so that he can just tap in closer to Him.

There is a ground and there is the spirit where God is. Adam was born caught up, but he failed to say no. Because he was made from the dust he was born caught up. When he fell, he was not falling from the spirit but falling from the dust.

Man was made from the dust. There is a realm of the physical world, and a realm of the dust and a realm where God is. Demons do not operate where God is but where there is dust. When the serpent approached Adam, he didn’t enter to speak to him, but he was in that realm of dust.

The tree of life was placed there so that when they eat from it, they move from the dust and go higher. You eat and meditate on the Word you become caught up. There is access to the realm of God by the Word and prayer.

[Genesis 3:1-6]

We can never judge Eve because most of us have been eating from this tree. Any person who is not born again does not have access to this tree. A person who is not born again is considered dead spiritually. When Adam and Eve fell, and God chased them out, they move from the dust to the lowest position. Every unbeliever can’t access the realm of dust but through the help of demons they can.

When the woman was spoken to, she started to realize that she is in the realm that the serpent is in, when she was told to eat, and she started to see that it was good for food that was her down fall. The acceptance of its existence was her fall and the state that she was in after the devil spoke to her, she was in spiritual depression.

When the Holy Spirit comes and says it’s time for you to pray and the body feels tired. The spirit that activates tiredness is the one that prevents you from praying. When the flesh is feeding itself, it will do its course without any obstacle. When you start to do spiritual things, the flesh starts to kick in.

The serpent is within us, our thoughts, the way we feel when we are supposed to pray. There is a voice speaking in you. The body gets tired but why does it get tired when you have to do spiritual things? Why do you fall asleep when you have to read the Bible?There is someone speaking and some fruit it wants you to eat. Adams battle will never be our battle. Adams temptation will never be our temptation.

Once you are in prayer or the Word, the devil can also come and remind you that you have not cooked and cleaned. The serpent will always come to you in the realm of dust. When we say arise and shine it means arise from where the devil can speak to you and go where he can’t come. There is a level you need to go to where you meditate and pray and you can’t hear any temptation. There is enjoyment where God is.

The spiritual realm is complex. Most of you want to discern the devil with color. The devil will come to you with the voice you know. When God says My sheep know Me by voice (see John 10), that voice is the bible. The way God is speaking to you the devil is listening. The devil cannot counterfeit the bible.

Many books were raised against the bible but why is it that the Bible still exists despite all books? Even my voice can fade away. What you say can fade away but not what God speaks. Even the words of angels fade away. Instructions and commands fade away but not the Word of God. Arise from to a spiritual level where only the Word of God exists. Where the Word of God exists, there is enjoyment, you delight in what God is saying and His presence.

When you find yourself wanting to go out of the presence of God know that you have never been there yet, but you have been where the dust is because the dust is still communicating with you. This year you must enjoy the Word and prayer.

[Isaiah 60:1-2]

It is not speaking to unbelievers but to people who are born again, and they need to arise from dust. Someone needs to go where earthly people can never come in. Last week I said your biggest enemy is not someone, but your biggest enemy is your thoughts. The enemy you should be praying against is your thoughts and desires because dust speaks through thoughts and desires.

You can pray against a situation but if your prayer is 90% about situations then you have not been in prayer. When you enter prayer the light shines upon you, not your situation and other people. When light shines upon you it makes you aware of what is unwanted. We call the prayer room a threshing floor where weed and wheat are separated.

Every prayer room that you enter, and it does not expose you, it is not the right prayer room. There will always be something that exposes your deep thoughts and desires. When the serpent came and spoke to Eve, he was exposing the desires that were in Eve. It’s either your inmost desires will be exposed in the spiritual realm where dust is or where God is. You can be a Christian and you think you do not have anger, but you have it and it’s hidden in you, while you are in the realm of dust, the devil triggers something to expose the desire that is in you.

Sins reigns in our body, not in the devil. The devil does not come with sin. Disobedience made sin reign in their body. The devil exposes what is in you. David says search me Lord (see Psalms 139:23) and he says I was conceived in sin (see Psalms 51), so we were conceived in sin, it was already in us, but it was hidden. It’s either what is in you is exposed in the realm of dust or you go into prayer room where the Spirit will shine upon you and exposes the weaknesses in you.

Every prayer room (Your prayer room is your heart) that you enter into and all you see is the future, what God is going to do in your life and the blessing that are going to come upon you then something is wrong. The bible says the Spirit knows our hearts so when you go to the Spirit before he can even show the future or bless you or release what he wants to release in your life, he searches your heart and shows you, your heart. Prayer makes you know yourself more, you know what to pray against.

Matthew 6:9-13

The Lord’s prayer is all about man being helped in his nature of the flesh. It starts by praising God then we need Your Kingdom to come down and your Will be done because there is no will, the connection. After it continues to say give us this day our daily bread (the Word). It is showing you the first step to God reconciling you to Himself He needs to show you where you are.

Prayer doesn’t reveal who bewitches or who is fighting you but shows you where you are and takes you where God wants you to be.

[Zechariah 8:20-21]

This is restoration of Zion and God wants it to be known by prayer. The most important thing here is prayer, gone are those days where people are attracted to you because you testified that you received a job. Your testimony will not be about your material things, but your testimony will be about your prayer life and how deeply you are in Word of God.

The way God will grow you in prayer and the Word, people will want to pray and eat the Word like you. That’s the kind of revival we are talking about. Choose what you want to be known for. You need to be the evidence that man can speak to God. The biggest evangelism is when everyone can hear the Word of God.

People will always be attracted to a man who knows how to speak to God. They are seeking the Lord of hosts. There is something that is happening in Israel, and it is not attracting people to what God has done but attracting people to God. When what God does in you and it makes people to be attracted to you, I consider it a curse.

When they see what God has done in your life, they must question who is God and Saviour. Who died and delivered this man not people seeking your anointing.

The church has been seeking the anointing for years. That is why the word impartation has been spoken so many times. People want the ability; anointing gives you the ability to do something. People are seeking the ability not the God that blesses you with strength and need to have a relationship with. Where the dust is you will be caught up to what pleases the dust.
